Tooling Design Technician M/F

Job description

Attached to the CARIGNAN Site Manager, you will conduct several missions:

  • Prepare preliminary designs based on Customer specifications
  • Propose technical solutions
  • Complete tooling design studies, design of mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for which you are responsible
  • Establish definition drawings for manufacturing
  • Produce technical files

Candidate profile

Bac+2 in Mechanical engineering or Industrial products design You know the Aeronautics and/or Industry.

  • 5 years of experience minimum or proven skills in Tooling and/or special machines design
  • Autonomy and capacity of processing mechanical studies from preliminary design to completion
  • Organizational skills and rigor in a technical environment
  • Proficiency in Catia V5 and office package software
  • Based in CARIGNAN (08) with national and international mobility
  • English proficiency

Fitting / Assembly technician M/

Job description

Based in CARIGNAN (08), you will be in charge of several missions:

  • Perform the assembly and fitting of special machines, tools and mechanical subassemblies according to plans and specifications
  • Control the dimensions, tolerances and functional play of the assembled subassemblies
  • Install the equipment at our customers’ premises in France and abroad

Candidate profile

  • Education: BEP / CAP / Professional Trainee / BTS in industrial mechanics / machining / tooling
  • 2 years of experience minimum
  • Skills in tooling would be a plus
  • Autonomy and ability to assemble and adjust subassemblies and assemblies
  • You have interpersonal skills of organization and rigor in a technical environment
  • CACES Forklift, Overhead crane, Mobile plaftorm are a plus
  • Position based in CARIGNAN (08) with mobility in France and abroad

 

Autonomy, sense of initiative, flexibility, ability to analyze and synthesize, rigor, teamwork, are all necessary assets to succeed in this function.

Job description

Attached to the CARIGNAN Site Manager, you will conduct several missions:

  • Ensure the direct link with our Aeronautical customers (Airbus, Bombardier, Dassault, …)
  • Ensure technical and financial follow-up of the projects from order to delivery / commissioning with the customer
  • Quotation request analysis, offer redaction together with the design office and management, presentation to the customer
  • Ensure customer commercial relationship
  • Technical follow-up and reporting of the projects
  • Risk analysis

Candidate profile

  • Engineering diploma / Bac+5 in mechanical engineering
  • 5 years of experience minimum or proven skills in a similar position
  • Good personal and organizational skills in a technical environment
  • Proficiency in office package software
  • Knowledge in CATIA V5 is a plus
  • English proficiency
  • Based in CARIGNAN (08) with national and international mobility
